Skills First

CMA delivers training with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding, under the Skills First program. This funding only applies to eligible Victorian students, and is a subsidy, not a study loan. This means part of your tuition fee will be paid by the Victorian and Commonwealth Government, and unlike a study loan, you don’t need to pay it back.

What does government subsidised mean?

A subsidised course means that the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments will pay a part of the student tuition fee on your behalf – all you need to do is pay the balance, which is less than the overall tuition fee for the qualification.

What courses are offered under Skills First?

SHB50115 Diploma of Beauty Therapy
SHB40115 Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
HLT50215 Diploma of Remedial Massage
SHB50216 Diploma of Salon Management
