$10,070. Payment options are available. This program is available at both our Canberra and Melbourne campuses.
Skills First funding is available to eligible Victorian employees of endota spa. Victorian endota spa employees train in our Melbourne campus and is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. Both the Certificate IV and the Diploma in Beauty Therapy have two intakes per course per year. Commencement dates and terms are structured according to the school terms. CMA also has provision for continuous enrolment. For more information contact the Academy today.
You will perfect your skills by gaining valuable experience treating ‘actual’ clients in the CMA student salon. The clinic is open to the public and provides traditional salon services on a ‘not for profit’ basis. This allows you to gain real work experience whilst being guided and supervised by a CMA Educator. There’s no better way to develop your confidence and reinforce your newfound skills.
The academy trains with specialised, up to date equipment and quality skin care products. Our facility includes comprehensive treatment areas, makeup studio, massage stations and a fully equipped IT room. Students have access to CMA’s online learning management system, providing access to assessment tasks, additional learning resources, demonstration videos, practical notes and procedures, online quizzes, forum discussion and ongoing trainer support. A selection of relevant books is available to all participants for research and reference. Recreation areas and kitchen facilities are also available on site.
Course fees at CMA include your products, linen, training resources and disposables for use in class time. Resource costs vary from year to year. In 2018, these costs are: Robe $80, BT Analyse $75, personal endota COLOUR™ makeup kit $260, full components of a therapist uniform $163, manicure and pedicure kit $70 and custom endota Wellness College textbooks $240.
Hoodies are optional, and available for $59. CMA holds an annual graduation dinner, which costs no more than $110 per graduating student. You are encouraged to invite as many guests as you like.
CMA’s online system provides students with access to all their course materials in a single place. This includes textbooks, presentations, images, videos, course notes and inspo sites as well as providing access to assignments and our easy upload system for assessment submission. This compliments your class-room learning and ensures you have all the information you need at your finger tips. Students need to have a tablet or laptop.
